This energetic sport can be an excellent way to improve your fitness and learn self-defense techniques. This class will help you master this amazing sport from the very beginning.

FITBOXING is a program that combines punching bag workouts with various fitness techniques (functional exercises, elements of CrossFit, strength stretching, cardio, and Pilates). The main goal is weight management, harmonious muscle mass development, and improved endurance and coordination.

FITNESS is a program aimed at improving physical fitness (functional exercises, stretching, and strength stretching). These are well suited as a first step in preparation for Fitboxing and Boxing programs, and can also be used as standalone classes.
